Every Friday 9:00 - 10:30 Vinyasa Yoga for active ladies

I am pleased to offer you a very grounding and nurturing prana flow class to enliven your body, calm your mind and revive your senses for contemplation. Experiencing yoga for most of my mature life has helped me reap tremendous health and intellectual benefits, so hereby I share my knowledge of this extensive yoga discipline. My class will take you not only to the physical experience of yoga, but also help you peel layers of conscious and unconscious energies. Patterns of conditioned behavior will be unlocked and released just as some notions on yogic philosophy and social observances are being revealed.

This all-level, hands-on, Vinyasa Yoga class is inspired by sequences from my root Vinyasa teacher Shiva Rea, as well as more recently, by traditional teachers of the Ashtanga Vinyasa lineage Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor who have influenced deeply my self-practice and quest for pure clarity and awareness. 

The class is taught in both French and English. Hands-on assistance offered all throughout the class. Please notify me prior to class for any injuries or special needs you might have.

Every Tuesday 4pm - Yoga and Mindfulness for Teens (11-13yrs old)

We offer a more advanced, teen yoga class to boys and girls who are eager to know more about yoga asanas and sequencing, as well as meditation, age-adapted pranayama and yogic values. Respecting each other's space for growth and expression and keeping a congruent happy energy level are essential for enhancing creativity and mindfulness in children.

Boys and Girls must be aged 10+ years old. Please contact me for an informal evaluation.

Pour cette journée HealthAhead, je vous propose un cours de découverte de Vinyasa (yoga accessible à tout niveau d'exploration). Pendant ce cours-seminaire, je vous ferai découvrir des variations d’asanas (postures) à adopter selon nos besoins du moment, nos particularités ou expériences. 

Nous découvrirons la manifestation du corps subtil qui est intégralement lié au corps physique, la co-dépendance de l'émotionnel avec la maîtrise de notre corps, l'interconnexion de toute âme aux autres, à la nature, à la source de toute existence.

Past Events: HealthAhead Women's Health - Living a balanced life with yoga and hormone-balancing nutrition

We are delighted to invite you to the second edition of HealthAhead, a Wellness Day we have designed around yoga, healthy & delicious food and sharing with like-minded women.

The theme we focus on April 27th is Women’s Health. This topic is very dear to us, and ever so important, as we are all, sooner or later, embarking on the path leading to menopause. Through yoga, movement meditation, hormone-balancing foods and much more, we will cover the importance of female hormone balance and the impact of stress on our health. 

The good news is - we are empowered! There is so much we can do to welcome change in a positive way and prevent diseases caused by major imbalances.

Most of you have busy schedules, work tirelessly, take care of children and family. Dedicating some time to yourselves to learn, relax and grow can prove beneficial for everyone around you. Join us for a day of learning, experiencing, awakening to a healthier You!

Celebrating Year End with all primary children (years 5 to 11years old) at Lycée with fun-filled yoga involving individual or partner work. Concentration and vibration to some very loud modern music, and mostly opening mind and hearts to the collective mandala of joy, creative exploration and curiosity that yoga represents.

Every Wednesday 9:00 - 10:30 - Prana Vinyasa Yoga

All levels welcome. Not suitable to the complete beginner.

Class typically opens with seating meditation, followed by Vinyasa Flow to meditative or more upbeat music, and unwinds into a more calming practice of the mind and body, pranayama and full-body relaxation at the end. Asana demonstration and hands-on assistance are offered all along. Please notify prior to class for any previous injuries or special requests you might have, or if you do not want to be hands-assisted.
