All levels welcome. Not suitable to the complete beginner.
Class typically opens with seating meditation, followed by Vinyasa Flow to meditative or more upbeat music, and unwinds into a more calming practice of the mind and body, pranayama and full-body relaxation at the end. Asana demonstration and hands-on assistance are offered all along. Please notify prior to class for any previous injuries or special requests you might have, or if you do not want to be hands-assisted.
