We are delighted to invite you to the second edition of HealthAhead, a Wellness Day we have designed around yoga, healthy & delicious food and sharing with like-minded women.
The theme we focus on April 27th is Women’s Health. This topic is very dear to us, and ever so important, as we are all, sooner or later, embarking on the path leading to menopause. Through yoga, movement meditation, hormone-balancing foods and much more, we will cover the importance of female hormone balance and the impact of stress on our health.
The good news is - we are empowered! There is so much we can do to welcome change in a positive way and prevent diseases caused by major imbalances.
